Discrimination

If you believe that you have been discriminated against by a Transportation Security Administration employee on the basis of:

• Race
• Color
• National origin
• Sex
• Religion
• Age
• Disability or
• Sexual orientation

You may submit in writing an explanation of the complaint, including: the name of the airport, your flight information, date/time of the incident, and if possible the name of the employee to: TSA-ContactCenter@dhs.gov.

Tip Solicitation- The lighter side of the whole process

What is it all about? EZ defines Tip Solicitation as any form of verbal or nonverbal request or justure to initiate the wheel passenger pay for the service.

Tips on Tip Solicitation:

- Tip Solicitation is neither condeoned nor tolerated.

- It is ok , not pleasantly though, to be tight feasted.

- Let the service, not your request, unleash the tightly feasted hands of your customers.
